A daughter of Swettenham Stud’s Toronado, the sire of 85 stakes performers highlighted by six individual G1 winners including Masked Crusader, Mariamia, Shelby Sixtysix and Victor The Winner, Lot 72 is none other than the half-sister to G1-winning 2yo Captured By Love, who was also offered as a yearling by Milburn Creek on behalf of breeder Makybe when purchased by David Ellis’ Te Akau Racing.

From the family of stakes winners A Pal, Savvy Nature, Addictive Nature, Hasahalo, All Hallows’ Evem All Saints’ Eve, Hasabro and Make Me A Miracle, this filly is out of a Snitzel mare, who as a broodmare sire of more than 80 stakes performers highlighted by six individual G1 winners including not only Captured By Love, but Private Life, Mossfun, Celestial Legend and Velocious – in fact Snitzel is currently in the top five on both the Leading General Sire and Leading Broodmare Sire -the only active stallion in that position.
